St. John’s Wort, Time-Release [Nervous] is known for its benefits to the nervous system. It supports emotional balance and a feeling of well-being. St. John’s wort helps maintain a positive outlook and healthy motivation.
Time-Release St. John’s Wort contains the finest raw St. John’s wort herb, standardized to contain 0.3% hypericin in a base of 450 mg St. John’s wort extract powder. St. John’s wort contains many physiologically active constituents. Hypericin appears to support positive mood. Another constituent, hyperforin, which is also present in this product, may have powerful mood-enhancing properties.
CAUTION: While taking this product, avoid exposure to strong sunshine and tanning rays or tanning salons. It is advisable to wear sunglasses when being exposed to strong sunlight conditions. Consult your health care provider before using this product if you are taking prescription antidepressive drugs, including selective serotonin uptake inhibitors, as well as any MAO inhibitors.
