Nature’s Prenatal® Multivitamin and Mineral [Vital Nutrition]. Formulated for pregnant and lactating women with 800 mcg of folic acid, Nature’s Prenatal provides a balanced combination of vitamins and minerals to support the nutritional needs of both mother and baby. It also contains ginger root to help support the stomach. It’s free of artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, sweeteners, sugar, yeast, gluten, lactose, milk, soy and wheat.
