Each product's label has a recommended daily dosage. When you purchase all products in a Power Plan, it is not necessary to always take each product's recommended full dosage. There is a synergy between the Power Plan's products; therefore, taking smaller dosages of each is appropriate. For example, if a product label suggests a dosage of 6 capsules per day, we recommend starting with or maintaining a dosage of 2 to 4 capsules per day. A good rule of thumb is to listen to your body. These are powerful, detoxifying, and relaxing tub baths that include up to 20 drops of essential oils mixed with 1 cup of Epsom Salts (available for purchase at any drugstore).

Directions: Premix up to 10 to 20 drops total of selected oils into the Epsom salts. Add the mixture to the bath after tub is full so that the oils do not prematurely evaporate. Enter immediately and soak for 16 to 18 minutes, keeping the neck, torso, and feet submerged to the best of your ability. The back of the head should be submerged if brain and nerve concerns are a focus of the Power Plan. Do not add soaps or shampoos to bath water. Drink at least two cups of water before or after your bath. We recommend a Power Bath no more than once or twice a week to powerfully assist detoxification and ease symptoms of over-activity in the body.

If a bathtub is not available, mini-soaks can be done using the hands and feet. Hand soaks address issues of the head, neck, chest, and central zones of the body. Foot soaks address issues of the central, pelvic, and legs zones. Use 2 Tbsp of Epsom Salts and 7 to 8 drops of oil in a mini-soak, and soak for a maximum of 7 to 8 minutes. Mini-soaks can be done for 3 to 4 days in a row with a rest break of 1 to 2 weeks in between.

The ideal time of day to do a Power Bath or mini-soak is after 8 pm, when the body is in its cleansing cycle.

There is a six-month deadline for any returns on the Nature's Seal Pans and the Juice Factory 2000--this includes new and minimally used pans/juicers. No pans or juicers can be authorized for return after 6 months unless defective. Credit is 100% and the customer must pay for shipping to return the pans.
